- Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, minor in Music (Piano).
- A decade of experience as a Private Piano Instructor.
- Six years volunteering in Kindergarten classrooms in Pullman, WA.
- A dedicated mother of four, aged 19 to 12.
- Two years as a Children's Choir Chorister (Volunteer)

$240 per month, Sept. - May, with June at half price (since it's only 2 weeks), aligning with the Pullman School District schedule, including holidays and days off. Some months, there may be more days than others. But the flat fee remains the same, unless otherwise explained in writing. In total, a whole school year will cost $2,280. If paid for in advance for the year, there's a 5% discount ($114), making the annual fee $2,166.

Below are some frequently asked questions and our policies to help families understand how we operate and what to expect at Huckleberry Preschool.
Our tuition is set at a rate that accounts for the entire academic year, including anticipated missed days due to holidays, sick days, or vacations. As such, we do not offer refunds or reduced rates for months with fewer attendance days.
If your child is injured or sick and can't attend for a long duration, please contact us to see if there's anything we can arrange.
1. What is your policy on missed days due to sickness, vacation, or school holidays?
Tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month and can be made via check or Venmo. Late payments may incur penalties, and consistent late payment may result in loss of your child's spot at our preschool.
2. How are tuition payments handled?
Please keep your child at home if they are sick to help protect the health of all children and staff at our preschool. Notify us via email or text as soon as possible if your child will be absent due to illness.
3. What should I do if my child is sick?
Children must be fully potty trained to attend Huckleberry Preschool. In the event of an accident, such as pooping or peeing in pants, parents will be contacted to pick up their child as soon as possible. We offer a first warning and support to help manage these incidents, but consistent issues may require further discussion.
4. What is the policy for children who are not potty trained?
The safety and well-being of all children are our top priorities. In the event of biting or fighting, we will intervene immediately, notify parents, and provide a warning. We will work with the child and parents to address the behavior.
Repeated incidents may necessitate additional measures to ensure the safety and comfort of all children.
5. How do you handle incidents of biting or fighting?
Please email or text us to notify of your child’s absence. This helps us plan our day and ensures we can maintain proper child-to-staff ratios.
6. What should I do if my child will be absent?
Parents are expected to pick up their children on time. Repeated late pickups may result in a fee to cover additional staffing costs or the child may loose/forfeit their spot in the preschool.
7. Are there any penalties for late pickups?
Tuition can be prorated for families starting mid-month. Please contact us for details on adjusting the tuition based on your start date.
